We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our clients home based in Flint, North Wales.

Were on the lookout for a friendly, compassionate, and reliable support worker to join a small but mighty care package supporting a vibrant woman with Cerebral Palsy. When you'll be working:
2- 3 shifts a week
8:30am-12.:30pm
8-12 hours a week
Must be willing to work every other weekend
In this role, youll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting with personal care routines like dressing, undressing, and light washing tasks
Encouraging wellbeing by accompanying her to the gym and promoting physical activity
Offering gentle prompting and company during quieter moments, especially on busier days
Being part of a one-to-one care arrangement within a cozy one-bedroom bungalow
What were looking for:
23 daytime shifts per week
4-hour shifts including every other Sunday
A driver is essential (female applicants only, in line with genuine occupational requirements)

Can commit to reliable attendance in a package thats currently short-staffed
What to look forward to:
Up to £14 per hour dependant on NVQ qualification
Youll also receive an a dditional 14.07% holiday pay a on every hour worked
