Production Operative - Corby

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Corby. This role involves maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety while ensuring order accuracy.

Shift Patterns:
* 06:00-18:00 or 07:00-19:00, working any 4 days out of 7.
* Overtime is available during peak periods.

Pay Rates:
* 12.71 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Production Operative:
* Own transport is required due to the client's location.

Desirable Requirements for Production Operative:
* Basic English language level.
* Previous experience in food manufacturing is beneficial but not essential.
* Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Role for Production Operative:
* Operate efficiently to meet daily production targets with 100% order accuracy.
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures at all times.
* Produce, label, pack, and palletise products according to specifications.
* Maintain clean work areas and adhere to personal hygiene and site security standards.
* Support management and colleagues while working flexibly across departments.
