Production Operative - Linton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Linton. You will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, maintaining high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality while following site procedures.

Shift patterns:
* 4-day on out of 6 (Monday to Saturday), Sunday off

Pay rates:
* 13.10 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Production Operative:
* Own transport is required due to the site's location (postcode: CB21 4JD) as no public transport is available.
* No formal qualifications are needed.
* Ability to process and pack products, including mixing, blending, and labelling fresh meat products such as pork.
* Availability to work full-time for a long-term assignment.

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
* Familiarity with working in a temperature-controlled, food manufacturing environment.
* A team player with good communication skills.

Role for Production Operative:
* Support daily production activities to meet customer order requirements.
* Ensure all food safety and quality standards are strictly followed.
