Injection of wax patterns operating a wax injection machine using manual dies, also utilise CMM measurement machine to verify output of process

Role accountabilities:

• Operating injection machines (full training provided) and completing shiftly safety checks
• Loading raw materials into machines and safely removing finished parts
• Inspecting products for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards
• Recording production data and following Technical Instructions
• Working to meet production targetsKeeping your workstation clean, organised, and safe
• Reporting any machine issues or safety concerns immediately
• Raising quality issues or concerns immediately
• Working closely with your production leader and colleagues to maintain workflow

Essential skills/qualifications required:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to work flexibly and proactively to resolve problems within the area
• Reliable and honest
• Ability to work in teams
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Previous experience advantageous
