We are currently looking for reliable and compassionate Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our team and support care services in Carlisle (CA13).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to service users.
• Assist with daily living activities, including washing, dressing and nutrition.
• Support service users with dignity, respect and compassion.
• Monitor and report any changes in a service user's condition or behaviour.
• Follow care plans and support individual needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records.
• Work effectively as part of a wider care team.
• Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and infection-control procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or in a care setting.
• A caring, professional and responsible approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing person-centred care.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Relevant training and compliance documents.
