Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Carlisle, CA13 Location: Carlisle, CA13 Position: Healthcare Assistant (HCA) Job Type: Agency / Temporary Shifts Pay Rate: Competitive – depending on experience and shift We are currently looking for reliable and compassionate Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our team and support care services in Carlisle (CA13) .

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality personal care and support to service users. Assist with daily living activities, including washing, dressing and nutrition. Support service users with dignity, respect and compassion. Monitor and report any changes in a service user's condition or behaviour. Follow care plans and support individual needs. Maintain accurate and confidential records. Work effectively as part of a wider care team. Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and infection-control procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or in a care setting. A caring, professional and responsible approach. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to providing person-centred care. Right to work in the UK. Relevant training and compliance documents.
