Waking Night Support Worker Therapeutic Childrens Residential CareLocation: HoveSalary: £12.85 per hour/£26,728Hours: 9.30pm to 7.30am Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Fridays and SaturdaysWe are recruiting dedicated and resilient individuals to join a therapeutic childrens residential service supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). About the RoleAs a Waking Night Support Worker, you will remain awake throughout the night to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of children living in the home. Youll also support the smooth running of the household and contribute to a nurturing, stable environment. Alongside your night shift duties, you will complete a 6 month work based training programme designed to equip you with the therapeutic knowledge, skills, and experience needed for automatic promotion to Waking Night Therapeutic Carer following assessment.
