What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting clients with personal care, medication and meal preparation
• Offering companionship and encouraging independence
• Helping clients stay socially engaged and emotionally well
• Treating every person with dignity and respect
• Keeping accurate records and working closely with the wider team

What We're Looking For

• A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (essential — this is a community-based role)
• A genuine passion for helping others
• Warmth, patience and strong communication skills
• Comfort working independently and as part of a team
