What You'll Be Doing

As a Children's Complex Care Support Worker, you will: Deliver compassionate, person-centred care tailored to your client's individual needsBuild a trusting and meaningful relationship with both the child and their familySupport clinical and daily living needs in a home environmentWork closely with our experienced clinical team to provide safe, high-quality carePromote comfort, wellbeing, independence, and quality of lifeShift Information Location: Benenden, KentShift Pattern:12-hour waking nights Available Nights: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and SaturdayWhat We're Looking For We're keen to hear from experienced support workers who have worked with children and are confident providing complex care.

Experience with the following is highly desirable: PEG and/or Mickey Button feedingMedication administrationSupporting children with complex healthcare needsCommunity-based complex care experienceMost importantly, you'll be caring, reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional care to children and their families.
