We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist secondary SEN school in the Swanley area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people with additional needs in a structured and supportive environment.
You will be supporting students with: * ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) * ADHD * MLD & associated learning needs * Challenging behaviours
The ideal candidate will: * Have experience working with children or young people with SEN * Be calm, patient and resilient * Build strong, positive relationships with students * Work effectively as part of a team
