Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help create a positive learning environment where students feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students in lessons across a range of subjects.

Assist teachers with the preparation and delivery of learning activities.

Provide one-to-one and small group intervention support where required.

Foster positive relationships with students and help promote good behaviour and engagement.

Support students with additional learning needs to access the curriculum effectively.

Assist with monitoring student progress and wellbeing.

The Successful Candidate Will:

Have experience working with young people, ideally within an educational setting.

Be patient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with students.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Have a genuine passion for education and supporting student development.

Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
