Responsibilities

Deliver focused small-group interventions to improve literacy and numeracy attainment.

Provide structured 1:1 academic support to pupils requiring extra assistance.

Assist class teachers in preparing learning spaces and organizing resources.

Adapt educational materials and visual aids to suit different learning paces.

Encourage pupil autonomy, problem-solving, and self-reliance during activities.
