We're looking for a reliable and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a school in Ashford , with a start available as soon as possible.
This is a full-time role supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2 . You'll need to be confident working with a range of needs, including pupils who may display challenging behaviour.
You should have:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Previous experience working within a school
• SEN experience would be an advantage
• Confidence managing challenging behaviour in a calm and consistent way
• A good understanding of safeguarding procedures and school policies
• The ability to follow safeguarding guidance and report concerns appropriately
• A current DBS, or willingness to apply for a new one
• A driving licence is preferred
• A positive and flexible approach to supporting pupils across different year groups Role xohmjla details:

Monday to Friday
8:30am - 3:30pm
