Part-Time Support Worker | Trowbridge, Wiltshire

Salary: £25,577 pro rata (£13.12/hr) + £64.20 per sleep-in

Hours: 25 hrs/week (Rotas published 4 weeks in advance)

About the Role

Join our team in Trowbridge supporting five men with learning disabilities in a registered care home. You'll help them build confidence, gain independence, and actively participate in their local community.

Shift Patterns - Part-Time Support Worker | Trowbridge, Wiltshire

24-hour rotas planned 4 weeks for easy work-life planning:

Days/Evenings: Shifts ranging between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM (e.g., 8–6, 3–8, 11–6, 7–6, 12–10).

Sleep-ins: 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM (next day).

What We're Looking For

Genuine passion and empathy for supporting individuals with learning disabilities.

Great communication skills to build meaningful relationships.

Flexibility to cover a mix of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
