Agency Healthcare Assistant
Location: Pontyclun Complex care setting
Job Purpose To provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents within a clients home , promoting their dignity, independence, wellbeing, safety and quality of life.
The Agency Care Assistant is expected to work on a 2:1 with a registered nurse, follow policies and procedures, and maintain professional standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities Support client with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.

Read and understand each resident's care plan before providing care.

Support clients with day to day activities sand assisting them with all tasks and engaging with them through out the day.

Assist client with eating and drinking, where required.

Encourage clients to maintain as much independence as possible.

Follow all supported living policies, procedures and risk assessments
