Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Wirral
Contract Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Daily Rate: £110 per day

We are recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Wirral. This is a full-time role starting ASAP, working Monday to Friday during term time.

About the Role:

You will work in a welcoming primary school on the Wirral, supporting the class teacher, leading small group interventions and helping pupils grow in confidence across the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead small group and one to one interventions in reading, writing and maths

Support the class teacher with planning and delivering lessons

Cover the class under the teacher's direction when needed

Support pupils with SEND and EAL

Track progress and feed back to the teacher

Who We're Looking For:

This role suits experienced support staff, such as:

Holders of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

Experienced Teaching Assistants in primary schools

HLTAs looking for flexible work

Phonics trained support staff (desirable)

You must be:

Skilled in delivering interventions

Proactive and happy to use your initiative

Organised with good attention to detail

Supportive of pupils and staff
