Job Details

• Location: 3 Dimensions School, Chard, Somerset, TA20 3AJ
• Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8.30am – 4.30pm
• Salary: £40,000.00 per annum (not pro rata)
• Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only
• Start Date: October 2026
• Eligibility: UK applicants only – no sponsorship available

• Plan and deliver creative lessons that spark curiosity and encourage participation.
• Understand each student as an individual, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs.
• Collaborate with a supportive multi-disciplinary team to contribute to education plans and monitor progress.
• Build positive, trusting relationships that foster achievement and participation.
• Promote high standards of safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion at all times.

About You

You are a passionate educator who believes that every student can succeed with the right support and encouragement. Whether you’re starting your teaching career or have experience in education, your energy and creativity will make a difference!

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for learning.
• Has experience working with students in education, youth work, or similar environments.
• Can engage and motivate students through creative teaching approaches.
• Possesses strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Is confident in assessing progress and supporting individual learning goals.
• Holds a full UK Driving Licence.
