What are we looking for?

We'd love to hear from candidates who:

Have previous experience supporting children in UK primary schools.

Have experience support children on a 1:1 basis as an SEN Teaching Assistant.

Have experience with, or an interest in supporting pupils with, ASD, ADHD, SEMH, behavioural challenges or learning difficulties.

Demonstrate patience, empathy and a genuine commitment to children's wellbeing.

Can adapt their approach to meet individual learning needs and changing classroom situations.

Communicate effectively with teaching staff and contribute positively to the school environment.

Are able and willing to travel to Buxton and surrounding areas.
