Position: Teaching Assistant/ Classroom Support
Location: Warrington (Great Sankey, Stockton Heath, Lymm, Birchwood, Chapelford, Orford, Penketh & surrounding areas)
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Supply

We are rapidly recruiting Teaching Assistants for our busy secondary schools throughout the Warrington area. While classroom experience is ideal, we are also keen to speak with support workers or those with relevant youth experience looking for a fresh start in schools. Requirements:

Relevant experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults (schools, care, or support work).

Strong communication, adaptability, and classroom management skills.

An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and small-group academic and emotional support to secondary students.

Assist students who require extra guidance to help them engage fully with learning.

Support classroom teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and student engagement.

Foster an inclusive, safe, and positive environment for all pupils.

Monitor and report student progress to teachers and school leadership.
