We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive specialist SEN school in Ealing.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Graduate or aspiring education professional to gain valuable experience supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs. The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive team, helping pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally within a specialist learning environment.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils, helping them access learning and develop their confidence, independence, and social skills. You will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement personalised learning strategies, support positive behaviour, and monitor pupil progress.

Requirements:
First-Class degree from a leading UK university
Strong academic background prior to completing a Bachelor's degree
Previous SEN experience is desirable, or a strong interest in supporting pupils with additional needs
A degree in Psychology or a related subject is desirable
Understanding of SEN strategies and approaches to supporting pupils with additional needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
Patient, compassionate, and empathetic approach
Genuine passion for supporting young people with SEN
