The Role

Higher Level Teaching Assistant Rotherham HLTA

Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the schools planning

Manage classroom behaviour effectively

Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners

Work independently and as part of a team across different settings

Requirements for the role - Higher Level Teaching Assistant Rotherham HLTA

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (not essential but can be helpful

Degree educated or Level 4 HLTA or equivalent qulification

Previous experience in school setting desirable- but we are open to Graduates seeking a career in teaching

Strong knowledge of how schools work

Confident behaviour management skills
