Are you a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity?

A supportive and inclusive SEN school in Chippenham is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This is a rewarding role for anyone passionate about helping pupils with additional needs reach their full potential in a nurturing and structured environment.

You will work closely with experienced teachers and support staff to provide personalised support to pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties, PMLD, and physical disabilities. Your work will help students access learning, develop essential life skills, and thrive socially and academically.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN

Supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom

Assisting teachers in delivering personalised learning plans

Maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
