We are currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in Year 3 with autism on a one-to-one basis , starting in September 2026 or as soon as possible and continuing through to Christmas but could be for the full academic year.

This is a fantastic long-term opportunity to support a very engaging young child who is a pleasure to work with .

As a Teaching Assistant , you will provide consistent, one-to-one support throughout the school day-helping them access learning, develop their confidence, and thrive in a structured and nurturing environment.

You'll be working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure the pupil receives tailored support that meets their needs.

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant , ideally with children with autism or additional needs A calm, patient, and empathetic nature Confidence in delivering one-to-one support and adapting strategies as needed Strong communication and teamwork skills A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or school-based experience is advantageous About the School: Rated Outstanding by Ofsted Located in a scenic and peaceful part of Malvern, Worcester Warm, inclusive environment with strong support from xohmjla staff and leadership Why Join Academics Ltd?
