£40,000 – £45,000 + Company Car + Cycle to Work Scheme + Overtime + European Travel

Are you a Process Engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering, looking to join a growing specialist machinery manufacturer?

With over 50 years of industry experience and a global customer base, this well-established company is continuing to expand its engineering department to support its ongoing growth.

In this role, you will play a key part in the design and development of processes for tape‑sealing technology. Your responsibilities will include driving continuous improvement, testing materials, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimising production processes to enhance efficiency and performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Process Engineer to join a growing engineering team within an established business. You will have the chance to develop your technical skills, contribute to innovative engineering solutions, and play a key role in the company’s continued success.

The Role:

• Develop processes to enhance efficiency and production.
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Testing materials

The Person:

• Experience in Process Engineering
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Understanding of chemical properties/interactions
