Woodwind Teacher

Job description

Main Street Music is looking for a new woodwind teacher to teach in person lessons. Someone who can teach flute, clarinet and sax is preferred. A college degree in music is preferred but not required. Prior teaching experience or performance experience is required. Teacher benefits include the following.

Schedules are consolidated to minimize breaks in between lessons whenever possible.

Dedicated administrative staff work Monday through Saturday and handle all administrative duties including scheduling, billing, signing up new students, etc.

The studio average teacher rate of pay is $40/hour. Teachers are paid per lesson a unique rate based on the lesson length.

Teachers are paid regardless of student cancellations.
