Male Support Workers Required – Penzance Specialist 2:1 Support Package | Long-Term Opportunities

Educare Recruitment Ltd is recruiting experienced and dedicated Male Support Workers to join a specialist 2:1 support package supporting a gentleman in Penzance.

Essential Training & Experience

Applicants must have the following training and experience:

PBM (Positive Behaviour Management)

Epilepsy Awareness / Management Training

Stroke Awareness Training

Medication Administration Training

Previous experience supporting individuals with complex care and support needs is highly desirable.

The Role

You will work as part of a 2:1 support team, providing dedicated support to a gentleman in his own environment.

Responsibilities may include:

Providing person-centred support and promoting independence

Supporting daily routines and activities

Monitoring and responding appropriately to health and wellbeing needs

Supporting epilepsy management in line with individual protocols

Safe medication administration

Following agreed behaviour support plans and PBM guidance

Maintaining dignity, respect and choice at all times

Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent support
