£12.82 per hour
Full time days candidate must be fully flexible to work any night of the and weekend between 9.45pm-7.45am

We're looking for an outgoing and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Vermont House, a residential service supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities.
This is a rewarding, hands-on role where you'll support individuals in a homely environment, helping them build independence, confidence, and enjoy meaningful daily lives.

What you'll be doing:
Supporting residents with daily routines and activities
Providing personal care with dignity and respect
Encouraging independence and life skills
Supporting social activities and community involvement
Building strong, trusting relationships in a residential setting
Working Hours:
Full time position
Flexible across 7 nights per week
Shifts 9.45pm-7.45am
Includes weekend working

Experience is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)
