Salary: £95 - £115 Per day

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both teachers and students across the school. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing in-class support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4

Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management

Supporting students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups

Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Encouraging student participation and promoting confidence in learning

Supporting pupils with additional needs where required

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)

A proactive, patient, and supportive approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work effectively as part of a team

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare

Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are advantageous but not essential
