Aftersales Commercial Performance Analyst
West London | Hybrid | £45,000-£55,000 + Benefits Approx OTE/Package Value: £70k

DOE Salary Negotiable

An established automotive organisation is seeking a commercially minded analyst to support the growth of its parts, aftersales and product operations across the UK.

This position combines pricing, commercial analysis, performance reporting and business planning, offering the opportunity to influence decision-making and help drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse sales, profitability and performance trends across parts and related product categories.
• Support pricing reviews and commercial strategies to maximise revenue and margin performance.
• Produce KPI dashboards, management reports and business performance insights.
• Monitor business results against targets and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the launch and ongoing performance of new products and commercial initiatives.
• Work closely with operational, commercial and supplier partners to improve overall business performance.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.

About You

• Previous experience in automotive aftersales, parts, pricing, product management or commercial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel capability.
• Commercially aware, with an understanding of profitability, pricing and performance metrics.
• Able to communicate effectively across multiple business functions.
• Experience within an OEM, distributor, dealer group or automotive supply chain environment would be beneficial.
