Night & Day Support Workers - High Hourly Rates (£18.72/hr Nights) | Maryport

Looking for consistent 12-hour shifts that balance substantial earnings with meaningful, one-on-one care?

We have immediate openings in Maryport for skilled care workers who excel in either dedicated waking nights or balanced day/night rotations.

Shift Options & Pay:

Waking Nights: 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM ( £18.72/hr )

Day Shifts: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM ( £13.70 - £15.69/hr )

Sleep-ins: Additional sleep-in shifts available directly following day shifts for enhanced earning potential.

The Role in Maryport:

You will provide one-to-one physical care and clinical assistance to an adult client in their home environment. The focus is purely on physical wellbeing and daily routine management-no rushed 15-minute visits.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Previous background managing clinical tasks: PEG feeds, moving and handling, and medication passes.

Reliable, punctual, and capable of working autonomously during night duties.

Access to personal transport (strongly preferred given shift changeover times).
