Your Role
Our supported living service in the heart of Clacton-on-Sea is right next to the sandy seaside; with the beach, pier, arcades, aquarium and bowling alleys all nearby. There is always something to do, and the people living here are always ready for a day out shopping or getting together with their friends for a BBQ. Some people get involved in their local community or go to work – whatever their own goals are, they're supported to achieve them. No two days are the same, as a Support Worker, you'll:
Support people with everyday life, including personal care where required, while promoting choice, dignity and independence.
Help people enjoy activities, hobbies and opportunities within their local community.
Build positive relationships and communicate in ways that meet each person's individual needs.
Encourage people to achieve their goals, develop new skills and enjoy meaningful experiences.
