Rotational shifts including days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins

As a Support Worker in East Lancashire, you'll be supporting adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and mental health needs . Lifeways support is designed around each individual's preferences, routines and aspirations.

Your responsibilities may include:

Personal care routines

Meal preparation and household tasks

Supporting with appointments

Social and community activities

Encouraging independence and developing life skills

Promoting choice, dignity and personalised support
