Role: Teaching Assistant
Location: WA14, Trafford
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM start, with finish times varying between 3:05 PM and 4:00 PM
Salary: £14.25 to £16.65 per hour

Reeson Education is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a specialist alternative provision in WA14. This Teaching Assistant role is a full-time, long-term opportunity to support young people aged 11 to 16 who face challenges in mainstream education due to social, emotional, and mental health needs.

The Role of a Teaching Assistant:

As a Teaching Assistant , you will work closely with students who require additional support to engage with learning.

The Teaching Assistant will provide academic and emotional support, helping students build confidence and resilience.

The Teaching Assistant will assist in delivering tailored interventions that focus on social, emotional, and behavioural development.

The Teaching Assistant will work alongside teachers and pastoral teams to create a structured, nurturing environment where students feel safe and supported.

The Teaching Assistant will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom setting.
