The Role - Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver
Drivers will be responsible for the safe transportation of vehicles to and from various locations in mainland UK and will be expected to:
provide exceptionally high standard vehicle handovers to our client's end customers and deliver vehicles with pride and enthusiasm - you will be our client's brand ambassadors
perform full vehicle checks at collection and handover in accordance with BVRLA standards (full training provided)
understand the customer experience and also have extensive vehicle knowledge
carry out valets and fuel top ups where appropriate before delivering to customers
provide feedback on each job to ensure our client understands what the experience was like for their customers
The role of Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver requires:
excellent customer service skills
excellent level of spoken and written English and outstanding communication skills
a professional, organised approach
good knowledge of vehicle components and derivatives
ability to work to strict deadlines
excellent planning skills
knowledge of using smartphone app technology
excellent driving skills
