Job Description Support Worker – Maidstone

Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Shifts: 7:00am–2:30pm, 2:30pm–10:00pm, plus sleep-in shifts starting at 10:00pm
Driving Licence Required: Full UK Manual

Your Role as a Support Worker

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting with daily routines such as cooking, personal care, and household tasks

Encouraging participation in hobbies and community activities

Promoting independence and building confidence

Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs

Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the wider team

Driving mobility vehicles to support individuals with outings and appointments
