Female Support Worker – Wickersley, S66
£13.00 per hour + Holiday Pay + Pension | 12-Hour Day and Night Shifts | 2:1 Support

We are looking for dedicated Female Support Workers to provide 2:1 support to a female client with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) in her own home in the Wickersley (S66) area .

Due to the nature of this role, the following requirements are essential :
Full UK Driving Licence – ESSENTIAL
UK resident
Eligible to live and work in the UK.
We are unable to offer visa sponsorship and cannot accept overseas applicants.
A suitable level of competence, knowledge and understanding to provide safe and effective support.
Excellent communication skills.
A caring, patient and empathetic nature.
About the Role
The client requires 24/7 support on a 2:1 basis , with 12-hour day shifts only .
You will work as part of a dedicated support team, helping the client in her own home and supporting her to live as independently and meaningfully as possible.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting with daily living tasks.
Supporting the client to maintain a healthy and balanced diet.
Assisting with domestic responsibilities.
Supporting the client to attend appointments.
Helping with correspondence, including finances and budgeting.
Supporting rehabilitation and therapy goals as set by the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) .
