Medway | Full Time | Point 4-6 (£25,185 - £25,989 FTE)

Are you an experienced Nursery or EYFS Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting new challenge? Do you want the opportunity to make a real impact and help build something special from the ground up?

We are seeking a passionate and energetic practitioner to join a brand-new purpose-built Nursery opening in January 2027 within a thriving and well-established primary academy. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in creating a nurturing, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can flourish during the most important years of their education.

Working alongside the EYFS Lead, you will help shape the nursery provision, support children as they transition into education, and build strong partnerships with families from the very beginning.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating a safe, caring and inspiring learning environment where every child can thrive

Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate learning activities

Encouraging children's confidence, independence and early development

Building positive relationships with parents and carers to support successful transitions into nursery and school life

Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated EYFS team focused on achieving the best outcomes for all children

Experience working within a Nursery or EYFS setting

A genuine passion for early years education and child development

Strong relationship-building skills with children, families and colleagues

Creativity, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to learning
